This weekend we released our Heart Rate Zones feature! This optional feature allows you to monitor your Heart Rate Zones from your Apple Watch or iPhone.

HeartCast: Heart Rate Zones

HeartCast uses your age and "Resting Heart Rate" to calculate your heart rate zones based on the Heart Rate Reserve (Karvonen) Formula. HeartCast respects your privacy and does not transmit this data anywhere, not even to your fitness equipment.

Zone 1: Low 0-60%

Zone 2: Moderate 60-70%

Zone 3: Aerobic 70-80%

Zone 4: Anaerobic 80-90%

Zone5: Max 90-100%
